Fagne de Malchamps - Desnié
From Spa you will head for the "Fagne de Malchamps", a high plateau of moorland, peat bogs and forests. After a few kilometres in the heart of the typical Fen landscape, you then will cross the village of Desnié. This small Ardennes village is located on the western bank of the Eau Rouge, a stream also known as the Winamplanche stream, which forms the boundary between the communes of Theux and Spa. You will finish your walk in the City of Water, in the middle of its springs and its vivid history.
