This bicycle tour starts in a mythical location in the province of Liège: Val-Dieu Abbey, a monastery of Cistercian monks located in Aubel in Pays de Herve, which was founded around 1215. After a section full of greenery, you will head towards the pretty village of Charneux, which is located at the confluence of the Monti and Voie Del Haisse streams. To get a clearer taste of the region’s pleasures, after crossing Route d’Aubel twice, you will head to the Abbey, which houses… a brewery.
